Who is it for?
Our Primary Network is for all teachers and subject leaders of maths in the North-East Hants and Surrey region, whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced Maths Lead.
What's involved?
Our online network meetings take place once a term for one hour – we aim to inspire and support you across the year with relevant topics and guest speakers.
You’ll also have the chance to network with other teachers and take away ideas to try in your own schools. And we provide an online Basecamp where you can chat and share questions and resources in between the meetings.
What is the cost?
The Primary Network meetings are free to all teachers and leaders of state and independent schools in our region.
Where & when?
Always online, 4-5pm once a term.
We’ll post the dates here as they are set and you’ll need to register each time to receive the zoom link for the meeting.

Core theme: Equity for all in the Classroom
Join us for our next Primary Network Meeting as we continue our focus on equity in the classroom, with a specific spotlight on supporting disadvantaged pupils.
We will reflect on lessons from the recent KS2 SATs and explore how best to support all children, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to access and achieve. This will include looking at some of the more challenging questions and considering what this means for classroom practice.
There will also be an opportunity to hear from colleagues about approaches that are making a real difference in their settings.
We’ll share important updates on Maths Hub programmes for 2026/27 and how to apply. As many programmes have limited places, early application is recommended, particularly to support whole-school CPD and release planning.
Together, we’ll continue to strengthen inclusive practice so that every learner can succeed.
